Fayetteville Technical Community College is recruiting for a new member to join our Instructional Programs Team and now accepting applications for a full-time Coordinator of Curriculum Data Management!

The Coordinator of Curriculum Data Management coordinates all curriculum and instruction program and scheduling related activities, including but not limited to: the coordination and input of curriculum programs of study into state and local Ellucian systems, collection and cataloging of auditing documents related to programs of study, supports the New Curriculum Program Application Guidelines and process, manages curriculum and instruction catalog updates, tests system patches for implementation in production, prepares room utilization/scheduling reports for administration and submission as necessary, and other program of study related duties in support of the Associate Vice President for Instructional Programs. This position ensures accuracy, integrity, and compliance of academic data across institutional databases The role works closely with the Registrar’s Office, Academic Deans, Student Services, and ITS staff to maintain curriculum systems, support program changes, and provide data reporting as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of relevant Ellucian and Informer products.
  • At least two years of experience with scheduling, programs of study, and Microsoft computer software.
  • Experience in a supervisory office position.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree is preferred
