Minimum Qualifications:
- An Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent.
- Five years of prior experience in an industry related to Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Distribution, Warehousing, and/or Manufacturing environment.
- Must have extensive experience in the required field of expertise.
- Must be able to teach required field in a classroom or work shop environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC) Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) and Certified Logistics Technician (CLT) Certification.
- Five years of prior experience in an industry related to Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Distribution, Warehousing, and/or Manufacturing environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent.
- Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC) CLT Instructor Authorization Training.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) Certified.
- OSHA Forklift Trained/Certified.
- A Project/Program Management Certificate.
- NCCER Instructor Certification Training Program (ICTP) – Certified Instructor.
- Ten years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility with excellent logistics, supply chain, project management and team leadership skills.
- Prior experience working with senior military leaders.
- Prior experience in workforce development activities.
