Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant to the President. This position plays a vital role in supporting the President’s Office by providing high-level administrative assistance, managing confidential information, coordinating executive communications, and serving as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to handle complex tasks with discretion and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:
 
  • An Associate’s degree from an accredited college in Office Administration, or a related field; or equivalent.
  • Five years of increasingly responsible experience in administrative support positions involving expert knowledge of a variety of software applications, to include Microsoft Office Suite, Datatel and an Associate’s degree in Office Administration or related field.
  • Documented prior experience at a superior performance level for similar essential duties, while working at other colleges or universities, may be considered in lieu of an associate’s degree provided such prior experience was highly successful for a period of 5 or more years’ service.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Office Administration, or a related field; or equivalent.
