Welding Instructor (10 month)
Fayetteville Technical Community College is seeking a passionate and experienced Welding Instructor to join our dynamic team. As a leading institution committed to providing high-quality education and training, we are looking for an individual dedicated to educating and inspiring students in our growing welding programs.
Our Welding team provides students with a sound understanding of the science, technology, and applications essential for successful employment in the welding and metal industry. Instruction includes consumable and non-consumable electrode welding and cutting processes, blueprint reading, metallurgy, welding inspection, and destructive and non-destructive testing provide the student with industry-standard skills.

- 2-4 years experience as a welder.
- Communication, both oral and written, skills necessary. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Extensive experience, well documented in the application packet, may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
- Associate degree in Welding Technology.
- Certified Welding Inspector and/or Certified Welding Educator.
- Teaching experience at the community college or four-year college. On-line teaching experience.
