Missing and Endangered Person
           
(Fayetteville, NC) – The Fayetteville Police Department Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance with locating a missing and endangered person.  
 
Heather Williams, W/F, 25 years old, was last seen in the area of Berkshire Rd in Fayetteville on 01/04/25. She was seen getting into a light-colored, 4 door sedan with a sunroof. Heather was last seen wearing gray sweatpants and a dark colored shirt. 
 
Heather Williams is considered to be missing and endangered due to suffering from cognitive impairment with limited speech.

Heather is described as:
 
  • 5’08”
  • 120 lbs.
  • Thin Build
  • Green eyes
  • Long curly Brown hair
  • She has a long scar in the center of her stomach
  • A Scar on the front of her neck
  • An indention on the front of her head
  • Heather has limited use of her right leg (walks with a limp) and right arm.
