Fayetteville Technical Community College is recruiting for a new member to join our Paralegal Technology team and are now accepting applications for an educator who has a passion for the law and the desire to provide students with a rich, relevant and engaging academic experience that will prepare them for success as a professional paralegal.

The Paralegal Technology curriculum prepares individuals to work under the supervision of attorneys by performing routine legal tasks and assisting with substantive legal work. Graduates are trained to assist attorneys in probate work, investigations, public records search, drafting and filing legal documents, research, and office management.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Two or more years of experience in the legal profession.
  • A member in good standing of a state bar association.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • North Carolina licensed attorney.
  • Teaching experience at the community college or four-year college.
  • On-line teaching experience using Canvas.
