Senior Secretary - Bookstore
Fayetteville Technical Community College is recruiting for a new member to join our Bookstore Team and now accepting applications for a full-time Senior Secretary!
The Senior Secretary for the Bookstore is the main point of contact for incoming and outgoing communication to students, staff and faculty, manages the online pickup process, resolves customer issues with online orders, scans and delivers online orders to students, maintains organizational records as it pertains to bookstore orders. This position is responsible for managing all incoming bookstore traffic via email and telephone, as well as a wide variety of administrative support support to all members of the bookstore and auxiliary services staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of the twelfth grade supplemented by specialized secretarial training or equivalent.
- Three years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience or two years of experience and an Associate’s degree in Office Technology, or related field.
- Associate’s degree is preferred.
