Dr Robert Twaddell is a Chiropractic Physician and Certified Medical Examiner. In 2019, Dr. Robb is completing his Masters Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice; he is the only Chiropractor that has completed this program in North Carolina. A Healthy Back opened in 1996 and provides Chiropractic Adjustments, Low Level Laser Therapy, Acupuncture and Spinal Disc Decompression for the treatment of Headaches, Neck Pain, Low Back Pain, and Extremity Pain. Dr Robb performs over 100 monthly CDL / DOT Exams and Drug / Alcohol Testing under his business Fayetteville DOT Exams. In 2018, He opened Fayetteville Occ Med and examines patients with Sleep Apnea studies, Audiometry / Hearing Testing, Drug / Alcohol Testing, Pre-Employment Physicals, and Pulmonary Function Testing / Spirometry. June 2019, Dr. Robert Twaddell will partner with IdentoGO and provide TSA Precheck, Hazmat, and TWIC background checks / endorsements.
