US Logoworks was founded in January 2007 by Louis Feraca. Louis had been a rep in the promotional products industry in the Ft. Bragg/Fayetteville, NC area for more than 15 years at that time. US Logoworks was the result of rigorous study of the industry and customer needs and a pent up desire to meet those needs more fully. The company uses unique order creation and tracking systems to minimize misprints, missed deadlines, and purchasing system snags at the consumer level. US Logoworks started with just one employee in February of 2007 but has quickly grown to a staff of 9 serving educational, commercial and military customers nationwide from offices in North Carolina and Virginia. We employ full-time quality assurance professionals and an in-house artist to complement the outside client relations staff so that customer orders are handled by the right professional at the right time in each stage of production. US Logoworks has a written Customer Bill of Rights detailing what customers can expect when choosing us to service their needs and to our knowledge, we are the only company of our kind to do so. The company is constantly reviewing practices and procedures in order to improve upon an already successful system. We believe in the axiom, “If you aren’t improving, you are declining”.
