The Sugar's Story In September 2018, Hurricane Florence caused extensive damage to our original 102-year-old store, Joe Sugar's of St. Pauls. During the period of restoration, Joe envisioned a new kind of retail, one that makes brick-and-mortar the must-have experience for the discerning shopper (like you)! We put ''special'' back into ''specialty retailer'' at Sugar's Menswear Studio in Fayetteville by offering brands you love and hundreds of CUSTOM options when off-the-rack just doesn't work for your body style. Your Body is One of a Kind; Your Clothes Should be, too For most men, shopping off-the-rack means compromise. Sleeves too long to get the right torso length. Chest too big to accommodate for a belly.
