Our Counter Sales & Service Writers perform duties that include:

• Greet and communicate Customers
  Listen and document customer concerns
  Capture and record customer and vehicle information
  Put together a written estimate for services needed
  Document initial findings and requested work on work orders
  Identify and recommend additional services as needed
  Recommend and explain repairs to customers
  Operate Company and Customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
  Complete paperwork and invoices daily
  Keep work areas clean, organized and safe:
  Keep customer waiting clean and organized
  Keep Bathrooms cleaned and stocked
  Keep Showroom area clean, stocked and promotions current
  Check-in and put away inventory received daily
  Comfortably lift between 50-75lbs
  Represent the Company in a professional manner
