What a Day at Lumate Looks Like

No two days as an RBT at Lumate are exactly alike, and that's part of what makes the work rewarding. You might start your morning running a play-based skill-building session with a young client — working on communication, turn-taking, or a brand-new word they've been reaching for. Later, you could be tracking data during a structured learning block, collaborating with a BCBA on how to adapt a program that's not quite clicking, or celebrating a breakthrough moment with a family who's been waiting weeks to see it.

You'll move between one-on-one sessions, team huddles, and hands-on coaching from your supervisor. You'll document progress, contribute ideas in case reviews, and watch real growth unfold — session by session, week by week.

You won't be figuring it out alone. Every Lumate RBT works under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), with consistent check-ins, coaching, and clinical guidance built into your week. Our clinical leadership includes some of the top minds in psychology and behavioral health — people who care about teaching and are genuinely invested in your development.

Our back-office team handles scheduling, insurance, and billing logistics so you can focus your energy where it belongs: on your clients and your craft.
