The Program Coordinator is a pivotal, mid-level role designed to develop the skills and experience necessary to step into the Program Manager position. You will own the day-to-day logistics and coordination of RHF’s existing programs, while working alongside the Program Manager to learn strategic planning, budgeting, team leadership, and stakeholder management. High-performing Coordinators who demonstrate initiative, leadership, and mastery of responsibilities will be first in line for promotion to Program Manager as opportunities arise.
