Essential Duties—Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Teach classroom, laboratory, hybrid, and online courses as assigned.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and coordination of the Phlebotomy and RMA programs, and other Health Programs.
- Assist with strategic planning, enrollment growth, retention initiatives, and program improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators including enrollment, retention, completion, certification pass rates, and employment outcomes.
- Coordinate course assignments and instructional schedules.
- Mentor, train, and support adjunct and full-time instructors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clinical affiliates, healthcare employers, and community partners.
- Coordinate clinical placements for PBT and RMA
- Coordinate advisory committee meetings and employer engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the Dean on new program development and workforce initiatives.
- Provide quality customer service to students, faculty, and staff
