Fayetteville Technical Community College is recruiting for a new member to join our Student Services Success Team and now accepting applications for a full-time Academic Advisor II!
The Academic Advisor II is a member of the Academic Advising Team, which is focused on student success, retention, and persistence. The Academic Advisor II is responsible for providing specialized guidance and support to students within a specific academic discipline or program. The primary focus of this role is to provide advanced academic guidance, mentor Academic Advisor I, and participate in strategic initiatives to enhance student success.

- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in education, behavioral sciences, leadership or a closely related field.
- Two years of increasingly responsible academic, career, and personal coaching experience or other relevant academic advising functions.
