Corporate and Industry Training Technician
Fayetteville Technical Community College is recruiting for a new member to join our Corporate and Industry Training Team and now accepting applications for a full-time Corporate and Industry Training Technician.
The Technician will plan, organize, and coordinate the activities of an assigned instructional programand to provide highly responsible academic and administrative support to the Department Chair of Corporate and Industry Training.
The Technician will plan, organize, and coordinate the activities of an assigned instructional programand to provide highly responsible academic and administrative support to the Department Chair of Corporate and Industry Training.
The Technician will also serve as the department’s NCCER Training Program Director, Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC) Site Co-Director & Proctor and National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER)Training Program Director assisting students with their application and enrollment processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- An Associate’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Five years of proven experience in program management / administration, including at least three years in an administrative and supervisory capacity.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent.
- Ten years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility with excellent project management and team leadership skills.
- Prior experience in workforce development activities.
- Prior experience managing a large, multi-divisional budget.
