Registration Technician
Fayetteville Technical Community College is recruiting for a new member to join our Registration & Records Team and now accepting applications for a full-time Registration Technician!
The Registration Technician supports the operations of the Registrar’s Office by maintaining and updating student academic records, managing National Student Clearinghouse submissions, generating enrollment and attendance reports, and ensuring compliance with institutional and federal regulations. This position requires a high level of accuracy, technical proficiency with student information systems, and effective communication skills. The Registration Technician also performs administrative duties and participates in special projects to support the overall mission of the office.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in records management, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Proficiency with student information systems (e.g., Banner).
- Experience with or knowledge of National Student Clearinghouse data processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a Registrar’s Office.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and basic data analysis.
