Grow Your Business. Strengthen Your Community.

Chamber membership is an investment in your business and the Fayetteville-Cumberland region. The Greater Fayetteville Chamber is a member-supported, business-driven 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization—not a government-funded agency.

Our work centers on three pillars: Advocacy, Education, and Networking. We represent business interests, provide opportunities to learn, and connect people who help our business community grow.

We welcome businesses of every size and industry, from entrepreneurs getting started to established organizations looking to expand their reach.

Here’s How to Get Started

Step 1: Select Your Membership and Programs

Under New Member Enrollment, select the Chamber membership tier that matches your business’s full-time employee count. You may also select additional programs you would like to join. Review each program’s description for eligibility requirements and separate fees.

Not Ready to Join? Select Prospective Member.

If you would like more information before making a membership commitment, select the Prospective Member level under New Member Enrollment. No membership fee is due when submitting an application for this option. Angela Selitto, our Director of Member Services, will contact you to arrange a meeting, learn about your business, and discuss membership opportunities.

Step 2: Enter Your Contact and Business Information

Provide your primary contact’s name and contact information, then complete your business details. Include accurate employee counts and select the business category that best describes your organization.

Step 3: Review Your Directory Listing Options

A Basic Online Directory Listing is included with Chamber membership.

Entrepreneur and Micro Business members may choose an Enhanced Online Directory Listing for an additional fee. The enhanced listing is included in the Emerging Business tier and higher business tiers. Your membership tier is based on employee count; your directory listing is a separate visibility benefit.

Step 4: Review Your Membership Charges

Your first-year membership dues and any applicable additional charges appear under Billing Details.

You may see “$0 annually” under Membership Dues because initial enrollment charges are listed separately. This does not mean a paid membership is free. Charges labeled “One Time” apply to your initial enrollment; Chamber membership renews annually, with renewal dues billed separately.

Review all selected options, including any optional enhanced listing, before submitting. If you selected only Prospective Member, no membership payment is due.

Step 5: Submit Your Application

Review your information, accept the applicable terms, and submit your application. Our team will review your submission and follow up with next steps. If you are joining a paid membership or program, follow the payment instructions displayed on the application.

Whether you’re just getting started or ready to reach more customers, Chamber membership helps you build connections, raise your visibility, and stay engaged in the local business community.

Choose your membership tier based on your full-time employee count. Your tier should reflect the number of full-time employees at your business. It determines your membership level and investment; it is separate from your directory listing option.

Basic directory listing is included with Chamber membership and gives your business a listing in the Chamber’s online directory. Members can also share news, promote events, post job openings, and connect with the Fayetteville-Cumberland business community.

Enhanced Directory Listing is an optional upgrade for businesses seeking additional online visibility. It includes priority placement and expanded promotional support. Some membership tiers also include a Web Enhanced Package with improved SEO and advanced portal tools.

Choose the membership tier that matches your full-time employee count. Then select the directory listing option that best fits your visibility goals.

The Consumer Protection Division (CPD) of the Greater Fayetteville Chamber connects consumers with businesses committed to honesty, integrity, and fair business practices. CPD certification gives businesses a way to demonstrate their commitment to ethical conduct, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

Certified businesses are included in the CPD business directory and identified by the Certified Blue Checkmark, helping consumers find participating businesses and make informed purchasing decisions. CPD also provides consumer education and resources that support a more trustworthy local marketplace.

Participating businesses agree to uphold CPD’s certification standards, respond promptly and professionally to consumer complaints, and make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns fairly. When disputes arise, CPD serves as a neutral mediator to help businesses and consumers work toward a resolution.

Certification is subject to review and acceptance under the CPD certification agreement. It does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of a business, product, or service.
