About Us
Southeast Non-Profit Housing (SENPH) is dedicated to meeting the evolving needs of farmworkers across three southeastern states. Our mission is to improve our communities by providing housing and workforce development solutions for families. Since 2006, we’ve been addressing the demand for decent, safe, and affordable housing for agricultural workers. In addition to housing, SENPH now focuses on empowering farmworkers through comprehensive career and workforce services. SENPH's Career Service & Training program is committed to helping migrant and seasonal farmworkers gain the skills and support needed to achieve long-term financial independence. Through mentoring, alternative secondary school programs, and hands-on internships, we help youth build practical skills and explore career options. Our housing programs are dedicated to addressing the unique housing challenges faced by agricultural workers in our community. We offer a range of housing solutions designed to meet both immediate needs and long-term aspirations: emergency housing assistance, temporary housing, permanent housing development and housing education and counseling.
