About Us
Padma Counseling and Consciousness PLLC is a mental health, substance use, and psychedelic therapy private practice, serving the Sandhills area and all of North Carolina. I provide therapy for adults ages 18+, from a trauma-informed and holistic perspective. While I have extensive experience in treating a wide variety of mental health and substance use diagnoses, I have a particular specialization in eating disorders/disordered eating, those who have experienced major life events and/or trauma, as well as Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
