About Us

The 82nd Airborne Division Association, Fayetteville Chapter in North Carolina. Is the Home of the Airborne, the 82nd Airborne Division and Iron Mike. The Fayetteville Chapter provides a permanent organization to serve it’s members for a lifetime, thereby perpetuating their legacy for future generations. All Veterans Are Welcome to Join our chapter. Does not necessarily have to be a paratrooper. All Veterans Welcome. The Fayetteville Chapter continues to support community efforts and organizations such as the; Salvation Army, USO Pals, Needy Families, Special Olympics, Wounded Warriors, Veterans Medical Center, Boy Scouts and JROTC programs. Awards annually for the Soldier of the year, Non-Commissioned Officer of the year and other awards, 82d Airborne Division Historical Society and Educational Fund.
