Roofing Sales Representative (Door-to-Door) – Fayetteville Area

The Roof Mentors is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our growing roofing team. This position focuses on door-to-door outreach, helping homeowners identify roofing needs and schedule inspections with our production team.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands sales, is comfortable speaking with homeowners, and wants uncapped earning potential in a high-demand industry.

What You’ll Do

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods

• Educate homeowners on roof condition, storm damage, and replacement options

• Set qualified appointments for inspections

• Work closely with our management and production team

• Represent The Roof Mentors professionally and ethically

Requirements

• Previous sales experience required (D2D preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong communication and confidence speaking with homeowners

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Comfortable working outdoors
