Full Time Leasing Professional needed!

Duties include, but not limited to:
- Leasing! Touring, asking for the sale, processing applications
- Marketing to area businesses
- Customer service to residents/retention efforts
- Helping prospective residents find the right apartment home
- Making follow-up phone calls
- Posting on social media
- Planning or assisting with resident events
- Completing a daily traffic report (Excel)
- Assist the Property Manager with various other duties needed to manage the apartment community
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
