The Insurance Guy is Hiring: Office Associate!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in person, over the phone, or via email and direct them appropriately
- Assist with basic customer inquiries regarding policies, payments, and quotes (under supervision)
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
- Maintain and update client records in the agency’s system (CRM)
- Upkeep all social media accounts for the company
- Process & organize paperwork such as applications, claims forms, and policy updates
- Ensure the office remains organized and professional at all times
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn insurance products and processes
Growth Opportunity:
This role can lead to advancement into positions such as licensed insurance agent, customer service representative, or account manager with additional training and licensing.
