State of the Workforce from 1996 to 2026: 30 years of Work in Fayetteville and Cumberland County
SHRM Fayetteville Area is hosting a Workforce Intelligence chapter meeting focused on understanding how work and the labor market in Fayetteville and Cumberland County have evolved over the past three decades and what those changes mean for HR professionals today.
The meeting will feature a data-informed workforce briefing grounded in regional labor market trends, followed by a facilitated roundtable discussion among HR professionals. Together, participants will examine how long-term shifts in industry, talent availability, and workforce systems are showing up in today’s workplace and what HR leaders should be paying attention to now.
