Leadership Foundations

McDonald and Associates, LLC is proud to announce their partnership with Fayetteville Technical Community College to offer their Certificate in Executive Leadership. The first course in the 6 Course Certificate program is Leadership Foundations. The course will begin in the Spring semester of 2026, on February 3 through February 24 on Tuesday Nights from 6-8:00 pm. To be successful in Leadership a diverse set of knowledge, skills, and abilities to navigate the complexities of modern workplaces. This program is designed for and dedicated to those who seek to improve their abilities, and new and emerging leaders who wish to make a positive impact on the organizations they serve and to grow and develop personally.

We can help you improve organizational performance by enhancing the Leadership knowledge skills and mindsets of your team members.

These individual courses, and overarching Certificate Program will prepare you well for Leadership and Life!

What is Leadership- The Ability to Inspire, Motivate and Empower teams to achieve things they never dreamed could be possible! 
Many see a significant leadership void that exists in many places, negatively impacting personal and organizational performance. The country, the state, and cities where we live, and work now scream for new leadership to improve both individuals and organizations.
Everything you do, will do, or have done, begins with a foundation. If you build a house, a strong foundation is important for it to last. This course will investigate Leadership past and current, learning from those who came before us.
Military leaders, business leaders, Civic Leaders and beyond. This course will provide you with the understanding and knowledge you need to begin your Leadership Journey!
Leadership Styles will be addressed, with specific focus on Servant Leadership.
