The Homebuying HERO Program provides First-time homebuyers with gap financial towards the purchase of their first home in the City of Fayetteville.

The participants of the Workshop will gain an understanding of the entire home buying process, budgeting for homeownership shopping for a home, responsibilities of maintaining the home after purchase.

Participants who have completed the Workshop/One-on-One Counseling may apply after selecting a lender, getting pre-approved for a mortgage and finding a home within City Limits of Fayetteville, NC.
