Fayetteville Area Habitat for Humanity's Family Services Department is offering a FREE exercise workshop. They offer monthly workshops for partner families and are open to the public. Workshops are posted on our website. This step class has limited spots. Must register. Arrive on time. Best to arrive early. Learn basic aerobic step moves with music. No experience needed. This class will be VERY beginner-friendly. Steps will be provided.
