The Revelation Breathwork Experience with Camy will allow you to access higher consciousness and insights. Often long-held patterns of stuckness will be revealed and released in a state of love. This 50 minute open mouth guided breathing experience can release stress, frustration, fear and anxiety. The results are a feeling of openness and relaxation. Some people experience the feeling of being “high” as it activates the same parts of the brain as in plant medicine. Join us and bliss out. Revelation Breathwork connects you with your True Self - perfect, whole, expansive, and eternally connected to the Source. This active meditation is an embodiment practice designed around Spiritual Psychology principles, chakra activations, and a curated musical experience in a safe space for your healing journey. ?What to Expect?
