About Radiant Wellness & Aesthetics
Radiant Wellness & Aesthetics was initially founded in 2021 by Sierra Arnold, a board certified family nurse practitioner. She initially provided aesthetic services under another business name, Skin by Sierra, and as her clientele grew, she opened her first brick and mortar location in 2022 and brought on additional staff members. This prompted the name change to Radiant Wellness & Aesthetics, as Sierra realized the growing need in Fayetteville for wellness services. Her and her staff quickly outgrew that location which prompted her to be on the hunt once again, for a new location to service her existing and new clientele and offer more wellness services. Her and her husband closed on the new med spa location in June of this year and began renovations immediately. On August 19th, the forever home of Radiant Wellness & Aesthetics, opened its doors as a premier spa, offering a full range of aesthetic and wellness services.
