UMII specializes in all forms of affordable housing: LIHTC, Public Housing, HOPE VI, Project Based Section 8, HOME, Elderly, Supportive Housing, RAD, and Rural Development. Currently, UMII employs a team of 135 and manages 4,100 units across both North and South Carolina.
