About Us
Located in southeastern North Carolina, UNC Pembroke is a four-year, master's-granting regional public university. UNCP offers 41 undergraduate programs and 17 master's programs along with a variety of innovative Pathways to Success. UNCP was founded in 1887 to train American Indian teachers and is proudly today the most diverse campus in the south. Some 6,300 students call UNCP home and are working toward joining the ranks of successful BraveNation alumni.
