If you are re-locating to Fayetteville and need a short-term living arrangement to get to know the area, our 90-day leases give you that FLEXIBILITY (corporate leasing periods are available upon request.) The apartments include everything you need-- TV, kitchenware, linen, and all of your furniture. You are not required to re-new the lease after the initial lease expires. AFFORDABILITY is another reason you will love calling Family Lodge Apartments --we do not charge a furniture rental fee, we pay the utility deposits for you, and our rates are reasonable.
