Cumberland County School System

I am the High to Work Facilitator for Cumberland County Schools and the frontline administrator for the NCWorks NextGen In-School Youth program (with Mid-Carolina). My mission is to prepare and connect motivated local youth (ages 14–21) to your workforce needs.Students are low-income or high-poverty and face barriers such as being ELL, basic skills deficient, homeless, in foster care, pregnant/parenting, justice-involved or having a disability/IEP.

Partnering Benefits:

On-the-Job Training (OJT): Up to 75% wage reimbursement.
