ACNC Wellness & Opportunity Centers
At ACNC, our mission is to help people get care, stay well and build healthy communities. We are connected to the communities we serve. Our Community Educators, Care Managers, Community Health Navigators and Provider Account Executives live and work in our communities.

Each Wellness & Opportunity Center meets the Americans with Disabilities Act’s standards of accessibility. The centers offer ample parking and public transportation access. They serve members and communities with many ACNC sponsored events at no charge. Some events are available via zoom. Events include:

• Back to school events and school supply giveaways
• Education (health education and computer labs)
• Free shelf stable food pantries
• Health screenings
• Meeting space for community organizations (no charge)

Healthy Behaviors

• Health plan orientation (Member Information Session)
• Behavioral health and Wellness programming
• Cooking and fitness classes
• Disease management classes

Family Life

• Baby showers
• Cultural programs
• Financial and health literacy education
