Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
• Conduct property viewings and open houses
• Negotiate and prepare contracts, ensuring a smooth transaction process
• Develop and maintain a strong client base through networking and referrals
• Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations
• Market properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and print advertisements

Qualifications:

• Valid real estate license in North Carolina
• Proven experience as a realtor or in sales (preferred but not required)
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using real estate software and MS Office
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
