One People Reggae and Arts Festival
The Friends of the Skateparks Foundation has partnered with PortCity Reggae Concert & Promotion to establish an annual One People Reggae and Arts Festival presented by Karma Culture featuring reggae legends Everton Blender, Inner Circle, Shuga, Determine, DHMI, Crucial Fiya, RA Deal, Drops Don, DJ Dimention. Sponsored by Karma Culture, Arts Council of Fayetteville, Natures Herbal Cabinet, Necknotz, Q98, Rock103.5, Magic 106.9, WFNC, DaVille Skate Shop, Yellow Crayons, Sakara Holistic Center, and Healy Wholesale.
Bands of this caliber usually pass by Fayetteville for cities like Raleigh, Asheville, or Wilmington. Reggae promotes peace, love,and harmony, something that we all could use more of. There’s no doubt that this show will spread positive vibes and your message to our residents.
All proceeds from this event will go toward a new state-of-art skatepark in Hope Mills, NC being developed by the Friends of the Skateparks Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization.We will have 40 – 60 vendors, beer and wine sales, food trucks, regional opening bands,and 3,000+ reggae fans!
